Industry of the Future

The Next Evolution in Industrial Transformation
21.10.2025

Industry of the Future emphasizes the collaboration between humans and advanced technologies, focusing on personalization, sustainability, and resilience. With the establishment of AI Factories across Europe, in particular Poland, the EU aims at leveraging supercomputing capacity to foster innovation, collaboration, and development in the field of AI. Meanwhile, Switzerland is also making its mark with the Swiss AI Initiative, a joint effort by ETH Zurich, EPFL and CSCS. The initiative is the largest open science/open source effort for AI foundation models worldwide.

The Polish-Swiss Innovation Day is an opportunity for experts, companies and policy makers from both countries to learn from each other. Switzerland is a world leader in innovation, particularly in sectors like precision engineering, pharmaceuticals, and robotics. Swiss industries have a long-standing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, which aligns with the human-centric, sustainable goals of Industry of the Future. Poland has a rapidly growing tech sector with a strong emphasis on software development, AI, robotics, and IoT. The country’s universities and technical institutions produce a large number of graduates in STEM disciplines and some of the world’s best programmers.

This year’s 10th edition of the Polish-Swiss Innovation Day will be on Industry of the Future .
