Philipp has been an Executive Board Member of the Stadler Group, holding the position of Executive Vice President Division Central Europe since 2021.
He has worked for Stadler for over 15 years, holding management positions in Stadler’s subsidiaries in various locations. He successfully led teams and managed operations in India, Algeria, Switzerland, Belarus and Poland, contributing to the global expansion and successful development of the Stadler Group.
As Executive Vice President Division Central Europe, he is responsible for the activities of Stadler’s companies belonging to the Division CE, located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Germany.
Philipp is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen. He also completed an MBA program at the ETH Zurich, which further expanded his expertise in strategic management and leadership.

Michał Stępień
Michał Stępień has been in UBS in Poland since 2008. Before becoming General Manager of Poland Business Solutions Centers in 2013 and Country Head in 2017, he held positions of COO, IT Service Delivery Head, Legal and Compliance Head and Service Delivery Head. Michal has over 15 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining UBS, he worked in international companies such as Royal AHOLD and DELL. Michal is qualified Attorney in Law.
H.E. Fabrice Filliez
Fabrice Filliez is a career diplomat. Prior to his appointment as Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, he served as Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore and the Sultanate of Brunei from 2018 to 2022. Previously, he served in Berne for five years at the Swiss State Secretariat for International Financial Matters with the title of Ambassador in charge of multilateral tax matters. There, he was responsible for representing Switzerland’s interests in important multilateral tax negotiations, in particular at the Global Forum on Tax Transparency and Exchange of Information. Other positions during his career included appointments at the Swiss Embassy in London, at the Directorate for European Affairs in Berne, at the Swiss Mission to the European Union in Brussels, as well as at the Directorate for Public International Law in Berne, postings where he was actively involved in various Swiss-EU negotiations. Fabrice Filliez graduated from the University of Geneva with a Degree in Law and holds a Master’s Degree in European Law from the University of Brussels, Belgium.
H.E. Alexandra Baumann
Alexandra Baumann is a diplomat by training and currently serves as the Head of the Division for Prosperity and Sustainability at the Swiss Federal Department for Foreign Affairs (Foreign Ministry). In this position she is responsible for coordinating Foreign Policies with other Ministries that deal with international affairs. She serves as the focal point in the Ministry for questions related to AI and new technologies.
Before her current position she was the Diplomatic Advisor to the Swiss Finance Minister from 2019-2022. Her other postings include the Swiss Mission to the UN in New York (2016-2019), the Swiss Embassy in Berlin (2011-2016) and the Americas Division at Headquarters in Bern (2006-2011).
Alexandra holds a master’s degree in political sciences from the University of Zurich.
